Delete your POND account.

You can request account deletion from inside the POND app by opening Settings, opening Account or Profile settings, choosing Delete Account, and following the confirmation steps.

You can also email us at harry@pondwinder.com from the email address associated with your POND account.

Please include the subject line: POND Account Deletion Request.

When your account deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify account data associated with your POND account where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.

This may include account profile information, authentication records linked to your account, watch profiles linked to your account, device bindings linked to your account, device schedules and preferences linked to your account, activity history linked to your account, and support information linked only to your account.

Some information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, accounting and tax records, warranty records, dispute resolution, compliance, backup and disaster recovery, or enforcing agreements.

We delete or de-identify retained information when it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless longer retention is required by law.

Deleting your account does not automatically remove all local data from your phone.

Locally stored images, preferences, cached data, or app files may remain on your device until you remove them, delete the app, or clear app data through your device settings.

Deleting your account may affect your ability to manage connected POND devices through the app.

You may need to reset or re-pair a device before using it with another account.

We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter or longer period is required or permitted by applicable law.

We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
