This Refund Policy applies to POND products purchased through official POND checkout channels or authorized purchase flows.

Joining the POND waitlist is free and does not create a purchase, deposit, reservation, or refund obligation. If paid preorders or reservations are offered, the applicable payment and cancellation terms will be shown before checkout.

Official Checkout Channels

Payments are processed through official checkout channels or payment providers. Product browsing, cart, checkout, payment, taxes, shipping, discounts, and order creation may be powered by Shopify and related payment partners.

Payment card information is entered through official checkout or payment-provider flows. POND does not directly collect full payment card details.

Orders may be subject to additional merchant, payment, shipping, refund, return, and warranty policies presented at checkout or on our website.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation eligibility may depend on order status, fulfillment timing, whether the product has shipped, and any terms presented at checkout.

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will review whether cancellation is available.
